Nick Keig returned to the Island in 1956 after completing 2 years National Service as a trainee pilot in the RAF. He joined his father in the business and managed it from 1960 until his retirement in 1992. His hobby was boat building and raced some of the earliest Trimarans built during the winters. These vessels were all named ‘Three Legs of Mann’ and were well known in international ocean racing circles. |

Tim Keig |
1965- |
Tim Keig became the 5th generation to take the reins in 1992. The Island holiday trade was diminishing and he ventured into Photo finishing for Northern Ireland and Sweden. As the Internet gained in respectability he ran www.digital-cameras.com. One of the largest Digital Camera sites in the UK. And in 2003 he became the proud father of Sam! Possibly in a few years he will be the 6th Generation! Who knows? |
